Where is Torrecaballeros?
Torrecaballeros is a town in the province of Segovia in the autonomous region of Castilla y León, 100 km away from Madrid(1.5 hours with a car driving), lies at an altitude of 1152 meters and 450 km away from the nearest beach. (Sorry!)
Where is the wedding Location?
Both, church and restaurant are very close to each other so do not worry for any transportation once you are there.

There are plenty of parking spots in the village so do not worry for parking your car.

How is the typical weather in october?
On October 14, the temperature in Torrecaballeros typically ranges from 7°C to 17°C and is rarely below 3°C or above 22°C. Source . Be aware that the temperature range between day and night can be more than 10°C.
The location is 100km away from Madrid. How do I get there?
For people living in Spain:
By car. If you do not have a car or you do not have a way to go there, please contact us.
For people not living in Spain:
By Airplane:
In general, we recommend that you arrive on Friday and book a hotel in Madrid so that you can take it easy and make use of the shuttle service the next day.
At the 14th of October, there will be a bus shuttle leaving around midday (times are not fixed yet) from a central position of Madrid to Torrecaballeros for the international guests. On Sunday, around there will be a shuttle back at midday. If you get problems with your flight, please tell us in advance. (Fill in the forms!!!) We are flexible and can change the timetable a little bit. If the demand is there, we can also arrange multiple rides.

By train:
The AVE (Spanish fast train) takes around 30 min to go from Madrid (Estacion de Chamartin) to Segovia. So It is a really good option if you want to organize by yourself.

From Segovia station to Torrecaballeros, we recommend to take a taxi (only 15 min ride!)

Where can I find accommodations?
Madrid:
There are a lot of hotels, Airbnb and hostels in the city. Our recommendation: book something nearby a metro station. If you need help just write us ?
Torrecaballeros:
The hotel rooms in the first location are limited.We recommend to book as soon as possible! The other hotels are just a few meters away.
Basically you have the following options:
- Hotel el Rancho de Aldegüela.
4 star hotel (we will stay at this one). Please book your room within time. LInk.
- La Posada del Rancho de Aldegüela.
It belongs to the same company as the previous one and they are next to each other. Please book your room with time. Link
- Hostal Burgos. BOOKED OUT
It is in front of the other two. If there is enough people we can get special prices for our guest (aprox 62€ per room). Please tell us in advance if you are interested in this accommodation and we will make the reservation for you. Link. https://www.booking.com/hotel/es/hostal-burgos.es.html
- Hotel las Fuentes.
We recommend to book over the phone because is cheaper than in booking.com.
- Casa rural
If you are a big group, you can book a casa rural (holiday cottage) with up to more than 7 bedrooms in the village. You can find different option in booking.com or Airbnb.com.
My Invitation says that I have to fill in the form before the 31.08.2022, am I too late?
It is a spelling error in some invitations… Fill in the form till the 31.08.2023…
